Absolutely awful service and I am hearing I am not the only one to have suffered this. False notification that my helmet had arrived in the uk, which they say was a computer error they can’t explain. Ended up getting a refund. The helmets look amazing but there is a reason you’re not seeing many folk wearing them. No offer of discount for all the hassle so am off to airoh who actually appear to care about the customer service.
